The deliverables involved in working with students and families through the college admissions process are many and varied. The following provides an overview, but not complete list, of those deliverables. They may, or may not, be provided depending on the services package selected. ZCS:
 Offers a free consultation to introduce them to her services - Conducts one-to-one personal interviews
- Online career and interest inventory
- Develops student profiles from the career and interest inventory, test results, questionnaires, transcripts, teacher comments, talents, extra-curricular activities, interests and strengths
- Establishes a timetable for the college search process with specific dates and tasks
- Conducts student meetings and interim meetings with the family
- Identifies factors important in selecting a college
- Provides a preliminary college list (from her research based on the student profile and preferences
 Coaches student on how to conduct research and reviews their results - Prepares student for interviewing and college visits
- Provides information necessary to the timing of applications, portfolios, and auditions in the creative and performing arts, if applicable
- Discusses application materials
- Provides essay brainstorming and assistance
- Mentors student through application preparation and essay development
- Assists in narrowing the final college list with the student and family
- Creates specific plans and strategy for student-athletes, for those in creative and performing arts, and for students with learning differences
- Helps transfer students to identify colleges that are a better match for them and mentors any transfer specific materials
